Information is retained during the engagement and afterward for as long as reasonably necessary for contractual, legal, or professional purposes, then securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Incidents and client requests
If an incident materially affecting confidentiality is identified, Jadeer will take appropriate containment, investigation, and remediation measures and will notify the client when legally required or appropriate. Applicable access, correction, or deletion requests may be sent to [privacy email].
7. Separate agreements and updates
The parties may sign a separate non-disclosure agreement. Where inconsistent, the engagement-specific agreement prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. This policy may be updated, with the latest revision date displayed on the website.
